Job Summary
Press Operator for web press handling quality and productivity. Must have a High School diploma or GED/HiSET and 4 years of total printing experience with at least 3 years in the relevant position or equipment. Requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to work productively, safely, and at a rapid pace. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs, frequent standing, and overhead reaching; protective gear required (hearing protection, eye protection, safety shoes). Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM (36 hours/week) with overtime pay after 36 hours and night-shift differential. Offers on-the-job training via Sheridan Academy, tuition reimbursement, career development, paid vacation/holidays, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, and a $1,000 hiring bonus after 12 weeks plus a $5,000 relocation bonus.
