Job Summary
Operate press brake CNC machines (Salvagnini and Ermaksan) to manufacture sheet metal panels, floor components, and sealing parts for custom HVAC units. Prepare, adjust, and operate the press brake per procedures; make adjustments to ensure product quality; verify part dimensions using gauges; study drawings and material lists to identify parts; program codes and parts; ensure compliance with quality standards and safety rules. May be assigned to work on other equipment as production needs dictate. Emphasizes versatility, autonomy, accountability, and teamwork; Strong emphasis on precision, efficiency, and collaboration in a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or DVS
- Relevant experience with a Press Brake Machine
- Experience in HVAC is an asset
- Read and interpret production drawings accurately
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken

- Experience with HVAC manufacturing
- Proficiency reading and interpreting production drawings
- Proficiency with gauges for part dimension verification
- Ability to program codes and parts for CNC press brake machines
