Job Summary
Set-up, operate, and troubleshoot pouch production equipment while ensuring first offs meet technical specifications and changeovers follow standard procedures. Establish and maintain equipment parameters, secure required materials prior to set-ups, and minimize work-center downtime by reporting raw material or tooling issues immediately. Oversee assistants and helpers by providing clear instructions, manage inventory control, and pack products as identified per specifications. Perform duties including standing and walking for up to 12 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and following safety practices in a space-limited work area.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Intermediate math skills
- English written communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours at a time
- Ability to work in space limited work area on continuous basis
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis
- General computer knowledge
- Experience handling paperwork
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform the physical aspects of the role following recommended practices, with an emphasis on safety and injury prevention

- 2+ Years in a Manufacturing environment / machine operator experience
