Job Summary
Operate packing machines to ensure accurate weights, seal integrity, and proper seasoning flow while monitoring production in real time. Prepare equipment before shifts, switch film rolls and adjust formers for different product runs, and manually inspect bags to maintain quality standards. Assemble boxes, apply labels, and pack cases to customer specifications while sanitizing equipment and adhering to GMPs and safety protocols. This fast-paced, wet, and oily environment requires strong teamwork and the ability to solve problems quickly. Monday-Wednesday 6:50pm-7:00am. Pay is $20.25/hr including a shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- Have experience in manufacturing or machine operation
- Are comfortable lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
- Enjoy solving small problems quickly and keeping production moving
- Like working on a team where everyone's got each other's back
- Are quick to learn and eager to grow
