Job Summary
Operate and maintain assigned production line equipment to achieve high quality output and efficiency with minimal downtime. Follow safety, GMP, and SOPs; support startup/shutdown and ensure equipment setup is accurate daily. Maintain proper material supply, assist with line clearance and product-changeovers, perform routine quality checks, and verify finished product meets specifications. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to reduce waste and improve efficiency; troubleshoot operational inefficiencies, document activities for the team, and train new teammates as needed.
