Job Summary
Operate plastics production machinery efficiently and safely while monitoring output and following workplace safety requirements. Run production activities with minimal supervision, identify basic machine issues to report to supervisors, and maintain cleanliness around equipment. Support the team to achieve daily production targets. Requires CPET certification, five years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Hindi or English. Located in Fiji with a 60-hour weekly shift schedule. Live-in accommodation, meals, utilities, transport, medical insurance, and a company vehicle are provided.
Required Qualifications
- CPET Certification in Plastics
- Age: 24 to 35 years
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Plastic Factory Machine Operator
- Hindi or English
- Must have practical knowledge of running plastic production machinery
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Shift Work
- Monday to Saturday
- 60 Hours per Week
