Job Summary
Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing of high-quality products. Perform routine maintenance checks, including lubrication and fluid replacement, while maintaining a clean workspace and disposing of scrap properly. Inspect products throughout the process and communicate equipment or material concerns to your lead. Move materials using handling equipment to support workflow and assist in training team members as needed. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring the ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand or kneel throughout the shift.
