Job Summary
Run automated coating processes including masking, gelling, conformal coating, potting, and encapsulating while seeking quality assurance feedback throughout the shift. Safely operate process equipment per supervisor direction and work instructions, ensuring ISO and ESD standards are followed exactly. Log production data accurately in the MRP system and escalate quality concerns to QC. Maintain focus on repetitive tasks while working a fast-paced schedule with potential overtime. Requires standing or walking 90% of the time and lifting 40lb occasionally. Based in Clifton Park, New York, this part-time role supports ECT's electronics protection manufacturing across North America.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Ability to work on a fast-paced schedule throughout the shift
- Ability to stay focused doing repetitive work
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Position requires at least 90% of time on the production floor standing/walking
- Ability to lift 40lb for short periods of time
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of IPC standards preferred
- Manual dexterity is a plus
