Job Summary
Set up and operate machinery according to specifications, monitor operations to ensure quality and efficiency, and perform routine maintenance and cleaning. Troubleshoot production issues, inspect finished products against quality standards, and maintain a clean work area while following all safety protocols. Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth processes and keep accurate records of production and maintenance activities. This role requires a high school diploma, prior machinery experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation is $15-$18 per hour based on shift, with flexibility to work the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift and overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail
