Job Summary
Operate packaging machinery and make boxes for bottle tumble packs while checking bottles for defects before closing and reworking sorted items as needed. Prepare boxes and product for shipping by printing labels, verifying product matches, sealing boxes, and placing sealed units on proper pallets. Follow all safety rules, maintain a clean work area, and accurately record scrap, downtime, and production data. Immediately inform the crew leader of any quality or machine operation changes. Work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule with full-time availability and overtime opportunities at $15.15–$15.75/hr.
Required Qualifications
- 6-12 months of proven work history
- Pass pre-employment screening
- Physically be able to work 8 hours shifts; standing, moving, stepping, hand coordination, etc.
- Follow onsite policies
- Maintain a productive pace of work
