Job Summary
Machine Operator opportunities on the Night Shift at Hoffmaster in Clintonville, WI. Safely operate, set up, and monitor manufacturing equipment to meet production, quality, and safety standards; load raw materials, configure machines, and monitor performance. Perform quality inspections, verify labels/packaging, and maintain accurate production records. Assist with training new team members and collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams while following GMP, SQF, and food-safety requirements. Training is provided; prior manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus. Must be able to work 12-hour nights on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule with competitive pay and full benefits starting Day One.
Required Qualifications
