Job Summary
Operate and control machinery per SOPs and production schedules; set up machines before production including loading materials and calibration; monitor output and perform inspections to maintain specifications; maintain safety and complete production logs; collaborate with team and supervisors to resolve issues; maximize productivity and minimize downtime through optimized machine settings and procedures; comply with safety standards and company policies; meet or exceed daily production goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience as a Machine Operator in related industry
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of machine operation
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform manual tasks
- Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment control panels
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to follow them
