Job Summary
Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently, setting up and adjusting equipment according to production requirements. Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met, perform basic troubleshooting, and make minor adjustments as needed. Maintain a clean work area, follow all safety procedures, and complete required production documentation while meeting established goals. Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and safely lifting materials. On-the-job training provided with opportunities for advancement in a stable work environment.
