Job Summary
Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance, quality output, and adherence to safety standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes, maintain accurate records of operations and output, and participate in training sessions to enhance skills. This role requires a high school diploma, 1-2 years of manufacturing experience, and the ability to read technical manuals and perform repetitive tasks efficiently. Work is physically demanding, involving extended standing and lifting heavy objects.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
