Job Summary
Operate and monitor printing, cutting, sorting, collating, and packaging machinery to manufacture trading cards while ensuring safe, efficient production. Set up equipment per specifications, load materials, and perform routine adjustments to maintain quality. Inspect finished cards for defects, execute machine changeovers, and complete production paperwork. Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety procedures. Work with production and quality teams to meet daily goals in a climate-controlled environment. Full-time position with some flexibility for urgent projects.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous machine operation, manufacturing, printing, packaging, or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow production instructions and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift and move materials as required by the production environment
- Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team
- Pushing/pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Requires fine motor hand and arm movement, manual dexterity, and coordination
- Requires near visual acuity
- Requires working around and operating departmental equipment
- Requires the ability to access and navigate each department in the facility
- Requires the ability to function in a professional manner under stressful circumstances
- Full-time position with some flexibility required for urgent projects
