Machine Operator (Minimum 1 year MFG Experience)

Monitor operations for product quality and equipment performance, making adjustments to maintain process quality and productivity. Perform or assist with product and equipment changeovers, while keeping machinery, work areas, and floors neat and orderly in compliance with GMP requirements. Assist line technicians with equipment repair and troubleshooting, conduct quality inspections and process tests, and record data accurately. Communicate with utilities or the department scheduling group to maintain minimal material inventory levels. Work as a team member to develop optimal task methods. This 12-month contract requires 40 hours per week on a B&D shift from 6 PM to 6 AM, with a pay range of $16–20 per hour. Candidates must be able to work 12-hour shifts and take individual ownership of the position.
