Job Summary
Operate production equipment, load and unload materials, and perform assembly, packaging, and manufacturing tasks while inspecting products for quality. Complete production records, maintain a clean work area following 5S principles, and assist with equipment changeovers. Monitor equipment performance, report operational or safety concerns, and follow all safety policies to support daily production, quality, and efficiency goals. Work the 2nd shift in a manufacturing environment requiring the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 0–2 years of manufacturing, production, or related experience
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, and varying temperatures
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment is a plus
