Machine Operator -Melting - 3rd Shift : Su-Th 11p-7:30a : $21.50/hr +$1 Shift Differential

Machine Operator for melting on 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM) at Blommer Chocolate. Responsibilities include reviewing/collecting ingredients to meet recipe specs, operating the mixer, monitoring quality, reporting defects and non-conformities, performing raw material inventory counts, maintaining a clean, compliant work area, documenting HACCP results, rotating to other production areas as needed, collaborating with coworkers, and adhering to GMP, FDA HACCP guidelines, OSHA Lockout/Tagout, and other safety/quality policies. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, handle equipment in a noisy/dusty environment, and work in a production setting with focus on safety, quality, and sanitation.
