Job Summary
Conduct quality verification procedures and complete all preventative maintenance requirements daily, weekly, and monthly. Maintain required tools for set-up, operation, and maintenance of pail line equipment while ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Collaborate with plant personnel to ensure efficient pail line operation, assisting the General Manager and Pail Line Manager with additional duties as needed. Perform physical tasks including bending, crawling, and lifting up to 40 pounds in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Work Monday through Friday from 5:30am to 4:00pm with Saturday availability available.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years mechanical experience
- Must be physically able to bend, crawl over, under and around the machinery as needed
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
- Customer focused mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in teams
- Experience in a high volume fast paced environment
- Excellent work record
