Job Summary
Conduct all assignments per safety specifications and instructions while meeting production standards within required time. Maintain clean work areas and report all production waste to the Production Lead or Supervisor. Ensure safety and quality throughout production by notifying leadership when stepping off the line. Troubleshoot problems, report issues, and perform other duties as required by the Supervisor or Manager. Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment on feet for 8-12 hours per shift, stooping, kneeling, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 35lbs. Requires understanding of plant safety guidelines and verbal/written instructions.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training
- Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions
- Troubleshoot problems and report issues
- Must work well in team environment
- Ability to be on feet up to 8-12 hours per shift
- Use of hands and fingers to perform job function
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend and climb
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs
