Job Summary
Machine Operator/Material Handler responsible for operating production equipment, loading/unloading materials, staging finished goods, inspecting quality, and maintaining logs across shifts at the Doswell, VA facility. Must follow procedures, assist with changeovers, support smooth shift transitions, and adhere to safety and quality standards. Requires prior machine operating or manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team, and physical ability to stand, bend, and lift during shifts. Shifts available 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, 4:00 PM–12:00 AM, and 12:00 AM–8:00 AM with flexibility to work assigned shift.
Required Qualifications
- Previous machine operator, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and production schedules
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift as required
