Job Summary
Machine Operator on 1st & 2nd shifts responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performing preventive maintenance on production machines. Inspects parts to specifications, makes adjustments or tool changes as needed to maintain quality, reads blueprints/diagrams, and supports training of new Junior Operators. Requires ability to follow procedures, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain safe work practices. Must be able to operate multiple machines, communicate with team members, perform quality control, and comply with safety regulations. Lifting up to 50 lbs, standing up to 10 hours, and willingness to work overtime may be required. High School Diploma or GED is required.
