Job Summary
The PACKAGING OPERATOR is responsible for monitoring process equipment, troubleshooting unforeseen process events, and ensuring safety and quality during packaging operations. Key duties include effective communication of job knowledge, performing quality inspections using lab equipment, maintaining detailed documentation of production and sanitation tasks, and upholding machine sanitation and lubrication. This role requires the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). The candidate must have a high school diploma, manufacturing experience, and computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of manufacturing experience
- Demonstrated experience using computers and software skills such as MS office
- Must be at least 21 years of age
