Job Summary
Operate the Manufacturing Machine and set up/verify procedures; perform preventative maintenance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis; maintain housekeeping around the machine; follow safety requirements during setup, operation, and maintenance; manage tools for setup and maintenance; participate in material handling and forklift duties; collaborate with plant personnel to ensure efficient operation; assist Plant General Manager and Pail Line Manager with other duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year manufacturing machine operation experience
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to work well as a team
- Experience in a high volume, fast paced environment
