Job Summary
Operate multiple machines and tools while performing maintenance and troubleshooting in a fast-paced production environment. Collaborate with maintenance, harvest, pack, and growing teams to ensure continuous, safe product output at high quality levels with minimal waste. Communicate effectively to coordinate operations and support team members. Requires strong mechanical knowledge, analytical skills for problem-solving, and the ability to read and train others on work-related documents. Must frequently lift 10 to 25 pounds and regularly move objects up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 6 months related experience or training, or equivalent of education and experience
- Strong knowledge of machinery and tools
- Must frequently lift and/or move 10 to 25 pounds and regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge of multiple machines and tools, including their safe operation, uses, and maintenance in a fast-paced production environment
- Basic knowledge of the English language, including being able to read, speak, write, and to train others on operations, to include understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents
- Analytical skills and the ability to use logic and reasoning to trouble shoot, identify solutions, conclusions, or approaches to a problem
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
