Job Summary
Operate blending equipment and perform manual blending of ingredients following established recipes to ensure product consistency and quality. Monitor and adjust machine settings as needed, conduct quality checks, input data on computer screens to track production progress, and maintain accurate records. Adhere to safety protocols and keep a clean work environment while assisting in troubleshooting and resolving production issues. Requires attention to detail, physical stamina, ability to lift/move heavy objects, and HS diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a blending or similar manufacturing role preferred
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with using screens for data entry
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
