Machine Operator - Leveler - 2nd Shift

Conduct daily setups for leveler operations by coordinating with helpers, loading coil stock, and adjusting micro settings through console controls to secure flat sheet stock. Confirm hardness, gauge width, and finished material conformity to customer specifications while stacking sheets and overseeing packaging. Verify final product dimensions, weigh and prepare shipping tags, and manage inventory by returning unused coils. Detect faulty operations or defective material, refer issues to supervisors, and record production data and time information. Operate units manually occasionally and maintain safety and quality standards throughout the shift.
