Job Summary
Operate machinery to meet production goals and quality standards; inspect products for accuracy and report quality issues; operate CNC sanding machinery safely and efficiently; load and unload materials onto the machine; monitor output, track production data, and keep machines running smoothly; assist with setups, changeovers, and routine maintenance; follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE; keep workstation clean, organized, and hazard-free; work closely with your team to meet deadlines and improve processes.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred (we’ll train the right person)
- Basic mechanical skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Safety-first mindset
- Commitment to quality
- Physical stamina (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, repetitive motion)
- Team player with good communication skills
