Job Summary
Conduct daily setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of machinery while recording accurate production and scrap data. Perform minor roll-forming adjustments, inspect product quality, affix markings and labels, package items, and lubricate presses as needed. Load raw materials, maintain a clean work area free of debris, and report machine malfunctions or product imperfections to the supervisor. Assist with annual physical inventory and support other departments during downtime. Requires ability to work a 10-hour/day schedule with OT and weekends, lift up to 50 lbs, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read/write in English
- Must be flexible – OT and weekends are required as needed
- Must be able to work a 10 hour/day schedule

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to assist in other areas/departments when there is downtime
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience
- Must be in good physical condition
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must have good hand/eye coordination
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk and/or bend for long periods of time
