Job Summary
Load production files and prepare machines for operation, then assist in setting up and adjusting equipment for daily runs. Monitor machine performance, report issues, and perform visual inspections to ensure product quality. Maintain work area cleanliness, replenish materials, and document production data while collaborating with team members to meet targets. Adhere to all safety protocols, wear required PPE including steel-toed boots, and respond to machine indicators. This safety-sensitive role involves lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive motions in an indoor manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and chemical fumes. Shift runs Fri-Sun 5pm-5am.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs
- Physical stamina

- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing setting
- Use of fine motor skills
- Visual acuity for inspecting components and operating machinery
- Ability to operate a computer, mouse, and basic input devices

- Subject to drug and alcohol testing, including random testing
