Job Summary
Review design specifications and set up laminate machines to follow job parameters, switching materials as needed for hot or cold runs. Operate equipment to ensure proper movement while maintaining machines through greasing, filter changes, and inventory checks for lam and adhesive rolls. Complete work within estimated time frames meeting quality standards, communicate with production leads on schedule and job receipt, and apply time management to plan and coordinate tasks. Perform miscellaneous projects, apply adhesives by hand, and cross-train in fixture assembly areas. Maintain a safe working environment and manage confidential information while adapting to fast-paced changes.
Required Qualifications
- previous work experience in lamination, printing, print operations, and cutting
- worked in a manufacturing environment for 1-3 years
- the ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- pay close attention to details on every project
- have basic computer skills
- be self-motivated, a fast learner, and show initiative to seek out customer and corporate needs
- plan, prioritize, coordinate, and manage your own work
- have the ability to work independently, make decisions and solve moderate level problems independently, effectively and creatively
- complete projects accurately within deadlines, while meeting company quality standards
