Job Summary
Operate and monitor production machinery, perform changeovers and adjustments, and conduct routine quality checks using micrometers and calipers. Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize interruptions and accurately document production data while maintaining a clean, safe work area. This role requires previous machine operation experience, the ability to work in a hot environment with PPE, and proficiency with hand tools and measuring instruments. Candidates must safely perform physical production work throughout the shift. Multiple day and night shifts are available in Carrollton, TX, with consistent 40-hour weeks and overtime potential.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Machine Operator or similar manufacturing experience
- Must be able to work in a hot manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE
- Experience with machine tooling and equipment changeovers
- Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers
- Ability to perform required quality-control checks and follow production specifications
- Ability to safely perform physical production work throughout the scheduled shift
