Job Summary
Operate fillers and labelers while performing equipment cleaning, rinsing, and basic adjustments to keep production running smoothly. Monitor product quality, batch codes, and labeling standards, then accurately enter product information into SAP and complete required documentation. Partner with maintenance and production teammates on preventative tasks and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. This role includes on-the-job training for new hires, with opportunities to support line leadership as skills grow. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Mechanical aptitude
- Interest in learning how equipment works
- Willingness to learn and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Strong communication skills
- Teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to wear required PPE (hairnets, safety glasses, close-toed shoes)
- Ability to work safely around active machinery
