Job Summary
Operate and monitor production machinery, loading materials and removing finished products while inspecting outputs for quality and accuracy. Perform basic machine adjustments as needed and maintain a clean, safe work area by following all safety procedures and production guidelines. Report equipment problems to a supervisor and meet daily production and quality goals. This role requires standing for the entire shift, lifting materials, and working four 10-hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, and candidates must have dependable attendance and transportation.
