Machine Operator

Performs basic, standardized and repetitive electronic assembly operations across Manufacturing Technician I and Machine Operator roles, including coordinating with teammates to organize tasks, loading feeders, ensuring correct parts and setup per set-up sheets, operating and maintaining automated equipment, inspecting solder paste application, maintaining a clean work area (5S), and documenting downtime and scrap in Manufacturing Reporting Systems. May perform QC Inspector or Solderer I duties with certified qualifications, inspecting products against IPC-A-610 and engineering changes, and performing first article checks as required. Emphasizes safe work practices, material-kitting audits, and effective team communication to support efficient production and quality assurance.
