Job Summary
Accurately complete documentation, set up and operate machines including slicers, dicers, and peelers, and perform food processing functions such as manual cutting, washing, and drying. Monitor and troubleshoot basic machine problems, perform regular safety checks, and read recipes for weight, cut size, and volume. Identify and retrieve products for processing while working in a fast-paced, refrigerated environment. Full-time position Monday to Friday, 2:00pm to 10:30pm, with weekly pay of $19.75/hour. Requires previous manufacturing experience in a food processing facility and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
