Job Summary
Machine Operator for Injection Molding on 3rd shift. Manually inspects plastic parts, operates injection molding machines under supervision, and packs finished products into boxes. Responsible for sealing boxes, printing labels, and stacking pallets. May train Inspector/Packer I’s. Reads process sheets/work orders, follows SOPs, and maintains a clean, organized work area. Performs in-process inspection of product visual attributes and communicates issues to supervisor or quality technician. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience; basic math, ability to read prints, and basic measuring skills. Shift: 3rd shift, Monday–Friday, 11:00 pm–7:00 am with $1 shift differential.
