Job Summary

Operate plastic blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment to produce containers safely and efficiently, performing mold, insert, and color changes while monitoring resin, dryer, and material handling systems. Execute minor troubleshooting and programming on the line, assist with mechanical repairs, and conduct frequent quality checks against established standards. Perform assigned preventative maintenance, maintain housekeeping, and complete required documentation. Work the night shift from 5:54 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. on a 2/2/3 schedule with weekly pay starting at $24.20 per hour plus a $0.75 shift differential.

Required Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years in manufacturing with equipment operation and troubleshooting skills
Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance
Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
Experience working with hand tools to troubleshoot equipment
Computer usage and typing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
