Job Summary
Operate CNC laser cutting machines (Laser) to cut, shape, and engrave materials according to technical specifications and blueprints. Load and unload materials, inspect finished products for quality, and make adjustments as needed. Perform routine maintenance on the laser system and adhere to safety protocols. Maintain accurate records of machine settings, production quantities, and issues; collaborate with teammates and supervisors to troubleshoot and implement process improvements; participate in ongoing training to stay updated on CNC laser machining techniques.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of CNC machinery and laser cutting technology
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
