Job Summary
Operate and troubleshoot production machinery on a 12-hour AM shift (6:00 AM–6:30 PM) in a Hartland, WI facility. Set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot machinery and related equipment to detect and report malfunctions. Prepare product for transfer and/or final processing. Inspect product output for quality and accuracy. Perform machine clean-up, setup, and minor maintenance such as cleaning debris, instrument checks, and part replacement. Respond to machinery breakdowns or material upsets to minimize downtime. Review material availability with necessary teams and assist in securing materials to meet the production schedule. Maintain housekeeping in the assigned area. Education: High school diploma; Experience: 1 year in manufacturing. Anticipated salary range: $19.75-$28.75/hour (annualized to $41,080-$59,800). Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and other programs for employees working 30+ hours per week.”,
