Machine Operator I

The Machine Operator I is an entry-level manufacturing role responsible for safely and efficiently manufacturing products to support company objectives. Responsibilities include following work instructions and procedures, reporting results to the Quality Management System and leadership, producing products aligned with defined output standards, maintaining a safe and organized work environment via 5S, ensuring regular attendance, and demonstrating flexibility to pursue training opportunities. The role requires understanding safety requirements, communicating risks, and contributing to a positive team culture. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (trade/technical schooling preferred), basic reading of process documents, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds with the ability to stand for extended periods; prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
