Job Summary
Responsible for the safe and effective operation of pillow manufacturing equipment, including maintenance of production areas and performing repairs on equipment. Essential duties include ensuring safety equipment is operational and reporting accurate production metrics. Must fill feed hoppers with fibers, verify production setup, and collaborate with Quality Control. Requires strong analytical skills, math skills, and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ Years Machine Maintenance Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- PC skills required
- Strong analytical / problem solving skills
- Solid Math skills
- Experience with basic equipment repair
