Job Summary
Operate production molds for each job-specific task while adhering to Seaway's work instructions, IQMS, and ISO standards. Monitor cycle times, report inefficiencies to supervisors, and recognize or record rejects per established guidelines. Maintain workstation cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols by reporting issues and following the colored light communication system. Communicate effectively with relief operators and ensure quality parts are produced using approved sample documents.
