Machine Operator I - Dough Mixer - 1st Shift

Operate mixing machine to blend ingredients per designated formula, identify acceptable/product quality against customer requirements before/after mixing, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Responsibilities include loading raw ingredients into the mixer, controlling mixer operations, placing product into troughs, performing housekeeping, recording ingredient usage and lot numbers, weighing ingredients, maintaining GMP compliance, communicating instructions/problems to co-workers, checking scales/meters/thermometers, and ensuring consistency of dough/filling. Also responsible for documenting mix sheets, schedule changes, and assisting with safety and quality checks while meeting shift times and supporting a fast-paced production environment. May assist with other tasks as assigned. Qualifications include basic math/reading, good hand-eye coordination, ability to work independently under minimal supervision, and sponsorship not available for this role.
