Machine Operator I

Job Summary
Provide "Right. On Time. Every Time" products and customer service to internal and external clients while adhering to company standards. Operate non-computerized equipment, power tools, and hoists/cranes to fabricate parts per engineering drawings and shop specifications. Follow setup procedures, perform quality inspections using measuring tools, and hold team members accountable for safety, environmental, and process controls. Clean work areas, restock materials, update records, and cross-train as needed across production positions. Report machinery issues promptly and complete work as directed by management. This role requires lifting up to 55 lbs, working in loud, non-temperature-controlled environments, and availability for weekends, shifts, and on-call rotations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in the operation of production equipment, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Experience in operation of hoists, cranes and forklifts
- Ability to work at other facilities, weekends, other shifts and to be on call
- Ability to lift/push/pull items up to 55 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to walk
- Ability to hear
- Ability to talk
- Ability to kneel
- Ability to crouch
- Ability to twist
- Ability to bend
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle or feel
- Ability to reach/pull/push/grab with hands and arms
