Job Summary
Operates conventional, CNC lathes, grinders, milling machines, drill presses, and assembly stations to fabricate or assemble metallic and nonmetallic materials. Reads job aids/work instructions and follows standard work procedures; loads/unloads machines and assembly stations; visually inspects finished components to quality standards; uses hand-held gauges and CMM tooling; maintains 5S in the work area; moves materials with pallet-jacks or carts; supports other departments as needed; may perform minor machine preventative care and training across machining/assembly operations; 2nd shift; required to stand long periods and lift up to 35 lbs; safety and quality are emphasized; EEO statement and company culture provided in posting, with emphasis on safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Basic math skills (familiarity with ratios, proportions, geometry, and trigonometry is a plus)
