Job Summary
Operate molding equipment and assembly processes to produce, assemble, and package products to specification. Maintain accurate production records and quality inspection reports, inspect parts and components for defects and compliance to quality standards, and promptly report quality issues. Support onboarding and training of new employees on equipment operation and standard work procedures. Maintain a clean, organized workspace in high-traffic areas and follow safety policies while working with a variety of tools and materials; may be asked to obtain certifications for forklift/pallet jack/hoist operation. Hands-on duties include reading prints and work orders, following work instructions, and performing duties to support team and organizational goals. Key skills include operation of injection molding machines (preferred), ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for 8–10 hours, attention to safety, and basic documentation of production records.
