Job Summary
Operate a variety of machines, tools, and equipment, with emphasis on hydraulic or pneumatic presses, bench grinders, and abrasive blasting machines, to produce, assemble, or test parts per instructions, blueprints, or technical drawings. Perform minor routine maintenance on utilized machines, evaluate parts by measuring with appropriate instruments, and document information as required while reporting discrepancies to supervisors. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety procedures and protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment. Support area organization and foster a continuous improvement mindset while complying with International Traffic in Arms Regulations and Export Administration Regulations. Requires 0-3 years of CNC Lathe experience and a high school diploma or GED. Salary range $20-23 hourly; local candidates only.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 0-3 years of recent working experience in CNC Lathe
- Must be able to read engineering blueprints and planning
