Job Summary
Machine Operator I on 1st shift in Delavan, WI, performing operations in the part washer and balancer areas to process cast iron, bronze, and stainless-steel parts, load/unload casting washer, transport materials, balance impellers on Hines Balancers, generate work orders/receipts, conduct in-process quality checks, and follow quality plans. Requires basic machine operation, ability to use SAP/S/4 Hana, MS Office, and a high school diploma; operates a powered pallet jack or forklift and works in a team with occasional overtime. Required Qualifications
- Have earned your high school diploma
- Ability to operate a powered pallet jack or forklift (license preferred)
- Basic machine operation skills
- Ability to operate computers & MS Office
- Experience with SAP or S/4 Hana ERP systems (preferred)
- Be able to work from verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision
- Be able to work in a team environment
