Machine Operator I 1st shift

Operate basic machinery independently at a defined rate while developing a deep understanding of assembled products and their business impact. Safely handle materials using proper lifting techniques, including overhead hoists and lift tables, and communicate hazards or equipment issues to leadership. Proficiently utilize hand tools with precision and cross-train across different departmental areas to flex between stations as needed. Occasionally provide basic training to employees and maintain continuous learning of job principles and processes. Requires a high school diploma, one year of relevant machinery experience, and the ability to work in a team environment.
